This coffee is a blend of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe-Washed Arabica, Costa Rican Microlot Tarrazu Finca Las Pavas-Honeyed Process Arabica, Rainforest Alliance Brazilian Ipanema Gourmet-Pulped Natural Arabica & Colombian Supremo Huila-Washed Arabica. This coffee has a medium roast profile. It has a balanced palate with texture and body showing cocoa/milk chocolate & hazelnut notes and flavors of bright berries and some hints of marmalade on the finish.
